San Isidro is the patron saint of Madrid. They hold a festival every year in May to honour him.
This was actually two photos, which have been merged with Photoshop so you can see the whole band.
The back if the lady’s head in the middle was a bit of nuisance, had to cut her out and repaste. Otherwise she’d have looked deformed !

Cutting off heads? You must have been an executioner in a previous life.

I’d really love visiting Madrid one day! My favorite soccer team being Real Madrid FC, it would be an honor to visit this beautiful city! 😀
It’s certainly an amazing city to see, we were there for a few days, the bus tours usually a cheap way to see the sights 🙂 my preference is Spain has to be Barcelona, I really love that city 🙂
Nice photo Don. You are really good to inspire me to try create panoramas too. When I find the energy, I will try too.

Ah thanks hun … I know you have PS, which has a good photomerge works well and kind of preffering it these days … MS ICE and Hugin are free, I use MS ICE more because hugin crashes ! And then I also have PTGUI Pro, which is a paid for one, it’s quick but sometimes the joins aren’t so great …
My PS is not new, but functionel and I use it for all my photos + other programs sometimes.
Photomerge been around for some time I think, it’s underneath the automate menu …
Okay and thanks, will check it out tomorrow, it is a little late here now and I am a little tired
No problems hun, when you have time 🙂
