  1. This is AWESOME!… I’m going to leave a piece of myself here and then visit everyone elses blogs and leave pieces there as well. This will take care of that lose weight resolution I made when I turned 30. That was 22 years ago so thank you for this opportunity.

I post unsolicited opinions and the like on my blog. The latest offering is about conspiracy theories: https://myunsolicited.wordpress.com/2016/01/23/wild-weekend-conspiracy-theory/ It has links to videos so if you’re stuck in what I’m sure will become the famous blizzard of 2016 and you still have power it might eat a few hours of your time.
    Cheers!

      1. LOL, pretty much the same for me … and you’re welcome, they’ve been the most ethical of those type of sites I’ve seen so far … smugmug wanted $300 upfront to sell our photos, with no gaurantee of any return … FAA have a free account for up to 25 “pieces of art”, then unlimited for $30 per year … no brainer really πŸ™‚

    1. Hi Van, welcome, and nice to meet you too … Mushroom pizza often a crowd pleaser, although mine tend to be “margarita”, I have a mild mushroom allergy I think …

OM and I been friends for pretty much since I first started blogging … he works hard in what he’s doing, and if you can get a minute of his attention, a very charismatic guy πŸ™‚

      Speak soon …

  7. Can’t believe you’ve followed me (or found me)! πŸ™‚ I’m trying to fathom WordPress for the first time and can’t work out why my posts don’t appear on the same page like other people’s. Only so much time to spend on a hobby …

    1. LOL … you’re welcome and thanks for sharing yourself here …

Could be that you need to add tags and categories, if you’re talking about your posts appearing in “the reader” …

      1. @oldsomerset … you’re very welcome … wordpress have many helpful support pages, for instance in google – “adding images wordpress.com” will tell you how to add images to a blog post … and so on …

  8. Thank you for the follow! I just started my blog and you’re my first official follower. Made my day, thanks, cheers!

  9. Hi Don, I am Tienny who loves to write true stories and also stories for children and teens. Besides that, I also love to do arts, crafts, designing, illustration, animation, and photography. These are my passions and hope to earn active and passive income in both to earn a decent living.

      1. Don, thx for following and btw, can you post another one? I’ve been trying to do this but I don’t have many followers. I want to follow more people too. πŸ˜›

  10. Groovy, thanks for the follow. I am writing and blogging at the same time; I have no clue as to what will happen to the characters in my story. Context, schmontext. If it’s someone else’s statement, they are referred to as “my old lady” by Devil’s Advocate. Mmmm…guacamole.

  11. Hi, Don.
This is my first blog. I’m not quite sure what I’m doing yet. But, I’ll definitely be having fun finding out. Thanks for following me, and I hope you have a blessed and prosperous New Year.

  12. Thank you for visiting my blog and following my posts! πŸ™‚ Enjoy and may your New Year ahead be all you deserve!

  14. I not only want to sincerely thank you for following my blog. I also want to let you know just how much it meant to me to come home and have a new follower. I feel so blessed, so acknowledged, so on the right track! My blog is brand-spanking new. And I am terrified. But being affirmed is an amazing way to conquer fear and demand performance. Thank You, Sincerely, Thank You.

  15. Hi there Don, thank you so much for following my blog. I was beginning to think it was just me here! I started writing it for my kids when I turned 50. It’s called the50things and it’s the stuff I want them to know in case I’m not around to ask when they need to know it. If anyone is interested I would love your feedback or comments on how to improve it, and I really appreciate anyone looking at all. The address is http://www.the50things.wordpress.com and I guess it would make sense to read the first post which is called “About” first, because that kind of explains the idea. After that, read in any order you like. And thanks again, Don, for finding and following me. Best wishes to all here, Peter

  16. Hi, thx for follow. I’m writing my blog in Polish, but I’m thinking about start to do it in English. I’m writing story about dragonslayer (1 post everyday).

  17. Hello, Don. Thanks for following my humble little blog. I’d love to hear what you have to say to improve my writing. I am kinda new in this kind of thing, so thank you πŸ™‚

  18. Hello Don! Logged in to WP earlier and discovered a follower! Thanks for stumbling upon my retreat. Happy New Year!

      1. LOL … I would never send evil in Portuguese … well except for “son of a bitch” because it sounds cool ! … and from what I understand it’s more insulting in Portuguese though πŸ˜€

      2. Ah, ic, only a little … I had some Brazilian friends in London … they taught me “fila da puta” … which is how you can annoy a Portuguese/Brazilian person with if you don’t know them very well !

      3. LOL, my friends did teach me such things … and yes I know best not to say to someone you don’t know …

I’ve been in Lisbon many years ago too, very good seafood and a nice relaxing short break πŸ˜€

        D

    1. Thanks for sharing yourself here … and you’re very welcome … Google translate enables anyone to translate almost anything, so foreign language blogs I’ve never struggled with πŸ˜€

  20. Hi Don! Thanks for following my blog. You are my first follower!

    And,
Hi everyone! I just started my blog less than a month.

I blog at heryellowcloud.wordpress.com and appreciate your visit and feedbacks.

    Best regards,
    Ken

  21. Hi Don,
I’m Joe, a beginning bonsai artist and PhD student in evolutionary biology. Just wanted to say thanks for reading my blog and following, eager to read of your artistic exploits as well.
    Cheers,
    Joe

    1. Hey Joe, thanks for sharing πŸ˜€ evolutionary biology sounds fascinating, although I never studied beyond high school (much) … experimented a little with bonsai, but had to concede it takes a more patient gardener than myself !

      Cheers

      D

      1. No worries! Evolutionary biology is fun, but grueling. Lots and lots of work. I’m looking into how new species are formed – lots of interesting work in there, but yeah, essentially I spend all day moving droplets of water from tube to tube. Bonsai is very fun – I’d encourage you to take it up again with some good stock. Although the growing part of bonsai is slow, much of the more artistic side of it is reducing a larger tree to a smaller tree with pruning, wiring and power tools. There’s something real exhilarating about taking a die grinder to 40 year old tree!
        Joe

        PS HAPPY NEW YEAR!

      2. Sounds awesome … I’m pretty handy with a Dremel myself so I might just give it a try … and wow 40 years old you wanna be careful …

        HNY 2015 πŸ˜€

  22. i just wanted to say gracias for following my blog, although I’m not entirely sure why you did. you are my first πŸ™‚ I am very busy but from what I saw I like yours, it’s catchy. well wishes to you and yours.

  23. Hi there, everybody!

Thank you, Don, for following! I do really think it is an amazing thing this kind of space for us bloggers to exchange ideias.

I got a blog about Biodynamic Psychology (biodinamizando.wordpress.com). For a while, the posts are written in Portuguese, but soon in 2015 will get them English-translated.

Thank anyone who follow me there!

I wish success for us all in this new year!

    See ya

    1. I do normally accept awards, but liebster has a limit on the number of followers, which I reached and breached sometime ago with now nearly 40000 follower … so it’s very kind of you, but I can’t or I’d be breaking the rules !

As for being cursed I think you’re a little late to that party, Liebster went viral many years ago, so you’re just extending the spread πŸ˜€

      1. It wasn’t until after I posted the reward that I learned there was a limit to how many followers the blog should have. I’ve also exceeded that number, but oh well.

      2. There isn’t an “award police”, so it’s no worries … and I recall making a similar boo-boo myself … the majority of bloggers are cool, so like you say – oh well !

  24. Don Charisma – Thank you so much for following my blog. I am new to blogs but hope to reach people and spread joy in this world through my life experiences which includes all interesting and fun moments. I am glad to start my own blog which I wished for quite a long time. Thanks once again.

  25. Wow, with all of these comments and links, I may get lost in the shuffle. πŸ™‚ I hope not, but if so– all is still good. Thank you, Don Charisma, for the opportunity. Here is one of my recent posts. I write from the perspective of my 16-month-old daughter, so it is always light hearted. I learn from her every day. This one is on my daughter’s own little baby Christmas tree that she picked out.

    https://dorianshand.wordpress.com/2014/12/23/oh-christmas-branch-ohhhhh-christmas-branch-how-lovely-are-your-needles/

Thanks again, and have a great holiday!

  26. Hey don. I just wanted to say thank you for following me on my noobie blog. It was a pleasant surprise considering that I just started a few days ago.

  27. D.C. – Thanks for the blog follow! Great content on your blog and I’m can’t wait to keep reading more from yours as now I click the follow button – excellent content all around!

  28. Hi Don, thank you for following my blog! It might just be your way of saying “thank you for following mine”, but still I don’t understand why you follow my German blog instead of my English one.

    1. LOL … you’re welcome Julia πŸ˜€ … It might have been Danny actually, he’s been looking at German blogs recently as he wants to improve his German, he has relatives that live there … for my it’s either Google translate or “schrpenkenzie englishen ?” … or nein, ya, bitte, danke at a push, I picked up a little on my travels in Switzerland where they speak Swiss-German πŸ˜€

This page is for sharing your blog or your work, so feel free to share both links, then my visitors can decide which language version suits them best πŸ˜€

      1. Thank you Don πŸ˜€ Swiss German is a little different from the German I usually speak. I understand it – if they speak slow LOL

I’m an author who loves to write in both English (juliawinnackerauthor.wordpress.com) and German (juliawinnacker.wordpress.com). I’ve shared a little of my works on both blogs, I hope whoever this reads will enjoy it.

        Thanks again, Don πŸ˜€

    1. You’re very welcome, and thanks for taking the opportunity to share yourself here …

Thankfully, I’m relatively pain free (sinus issues) and my mental health is pretty awesome (pretty happy most of the time) … however I do have many friends here who blog about mental health and issues with pain, such as fibromyalgia – I have found the vast majority lovely, inspiring and cool people, who’re often involved in enhancing other’s lives πŸ˜€

There’s a good reach from this page as it’s on sticky and gets a lot of traffic, so hope you’re not overwhelmed with visitors !

      Cheers

  29. Hi All! I’m Scott and I author The Audio Museum – http://theaudiomuseum.com/.
Thanks for the add Don, you have an amazing website here with tons of great content. Speaking of which I hope to learn how to do for my own site.
I recently made the move to WordPress from a six year engagement on Blogger! I know right.
Well I’m finally here and couldn’t be happier. Super excited to learn more about managing TAM better and meeting new writers and bloggers. πŸ™‚ : )

    1. Nice to meet you Scott … I dabbled in blogger, but was especially disappointed that it’s a google run site, but they don’t bother doing any SEO for you … my blogger posts never actually showed up in Google, almost as if they were discouraging people from using it … perhaps Google+ has something to do with it …

Any-who … WordPress is much much better, so welcome πŸ˜€

  30. Hi, Don! Thanks for following. It really means a lot because you’re the first one. *insert smiley here because the smileys here are a little creepy*

Hi, everybody! I’m Rai and I am your hero! Haha. Just kidding. But seriously, please check out my blog. Well, there isn’t anything in there yet. I’m still working on it. Haha. You can request topics that you’d like. *smiley*
Oh yeah, motivational stuff. I’d want to be able to motivate people to get through whatever problem that they currently have. *smiley with a big grin*

    That’s all. *bow*

    1. You’re very welcome … and what’s wrong with smileys, I use them all the time πŸ˜€ πŸ˜‰ πŸ™‚

      Cheers

  35. Ciao Don, thanks for checking out my new blog, I appreciate your support. My blog is only a few weeks old and is all about the beautiful region of Puglia which is in the heel of Italy. For a little taster and, in the spirit of Christmas, here’s a little blog on…..
