aloha Don Charisma – i know this tree as Traveler’s Tree. because at one time it was planted outside of locations where hospitality was given to travelers. spotting this tree meant you’d found a place to stay and get something to eat/drink.

I have seen palms like these in the Botanic Gardens in Glasgow.
