I’ve added it to my list of awards to get posted, so it may take awhile, but I WILL get it posted. I’ve got about 25 I still need to get posted. My son is going to help me.       1. Hi Don. I hope your Christmas went well and wishing you a very happy New Year.
         Not so sure I’ll ever feel better, but I’ll keep right on trying. I’ve got to feel at least somewhat better while my son is off school for the holidays, so I can get him to get at least a few of these awards up. I sure hope I can one day figure out how to do that by myself. It’s not an easy task, as you well know. I just write each one down in my journal and when my son is ready, we just start at the top of the list and work our way down, doing 2 or 3 at a time.

         I’m sorry I can’t do anything to help for the pain, it’s the same for other friends I have who are unwell. Sometimes I try and give a bit of advice, but never feel very well qualified, so usually just try to be supportive as best I can. Often I find that people have found their own ways of coping – I’ve met several lovely people here on WordPress, who have very big hearts in-spite of their woes.

      5. LOL that is great, my friend. 🙂 i can’t do it much anymore because of my health issues. My Gi diseases, just a few of them, make it hard to drink, but I was very desperate tonight and did it and am doing it, and it’s working very well at taking the pain away.

      7. I had a good time and it was a great distraction for the moment. Not something I can do very often. It did help with the pain, i must say. i just really needed to have a good time and I wasn’t going to be able to with all the pain, so therefore, i drank the pain away and had a good time. Now, back to reality today. just another day, laying in bed all day. That’s a normal day for me unless I have appointments. I hope you’re doing well and have a great day, Don.

      8. Hey, good to let loose once in while, and let cares slip away. I was quite ill myself yesterday with the antibiotics I’m taking, stomach cramps, exhaustion, and worse I won’t go into, eventually remembered I have some gaviscon in the fridge and managed to get a decent nights sleep. Missed my hospital appt yest so will have to go today and apologise for my tardiness.

         Try and keep your spirits up and be as happy as you can, it’s very challenging for all of us sometimes, I know, all you can do is your best 🙂

      9. I’ve been feeling quite ill myself last night and then it just hit me all of a sudden, again, tonight. Sounds like the same as what you are talking about. I won’t go into any details, either. LOL sure feel like I could just throw up any minute. The rest I’ll keep to myself. LOL glad you managed to get a good nights sleep. I was awake until 6 a.m., again. Damn insomnia didn’t stay away long.
         No worries about tardiness, mister. LOL we just do the best we can and that’s all. I can’t even make it on here every day. Then I get really behind in my replying to everyone, but I make myself do that before I get to go out blog reading.
         I hope your hospital appointment went ok and wasn’t anything too serious.
         I’m trying to give myself an attitude adjustment and get back into trying to be positive, again. It’s up and down. That’s just the way it goes. One day I’m gonna conquer the world and the next day I’m giving up all together. LOL Chronic illnesses and pain will do that to ya.
         Speaking of spirits, I may have to have some more here on New Years Eve and have a repeat of a night as it was such a good night and pain free with some delicious wine and such.
         I hope you get to feeling better real soon and I will be talking to you again, Mister Donald. LOL that’s my new name for you. don’t worry, I give all my best friends nicknames.

      10. Was just like that last night, bad nausea, still have a bit today. I’m off coffee for a start. I went through my meditative routine, tried analgesics. In the end I found a bottle of gaviscon in the fridge and gently that soothed me off to sleep.

          I reckon most people have ups and downs it’s normal. Probably the best thing is not to go too far into the ups and not too far into the downs, and realise when one is at either end of the spectrum. Easier said than done. Positivity and happiness I reckon takes effort, but rewards are obvious.

          Sounds like you’ll be having a very merry new year !

      11. When I look on your page at my replies, I see that our messages are cut off on the right side. Does it appear that way to you? That’s weird. Just wondering why it is doing that?
          Glad you finally were able to get some sleep. I finally got some sleep last night, too.
          All I can do, is to just keep trying. If I’m having a bad day, take it and carry on the next day. The good days always come back around. Never know how long it’s gonna last, just take em when I get em.

11. Thank you for the 6 stars and what they represent Don. God knows I genuinely try and put out quality content in a variety of genres and topics and truly feel that the effort I expend, even though not lucrative at this point, will be one day. I am in the process of downloading The Blog of the Year Award with 6 stars on it. (I guess that is as high as you can go, so yes, to say I am pleased is an understatement!)

    I have been hunting down a client who owes me for a video I did for them and I really am not pleased. Some time, I will talk to you more about it and I am sure you can give me some ideas and suggestions on how to make more moolah with the talents I possess. I would thank you and my mom would thank you for the rest of my life!

       Only suggestion I have would be to try and limit the number of blogs. For me it takes all my time to run one blog and had to stop updating my .com because I just didn’t have time. Having all your posts in one place means you’ve a better chance of being found on Google and it makes life simpler for you. So that’s quickly the only suggestion, but we can talk later 😉

       1. I am trying to understand what a “ping back” is????
          I need to get on an hour long bus ride to collect $150 past due on a video I did for a restaurant there. I want the money and am sick of dealing with the guy and just want to get paid off so I can move on and think of being “jolly”. He wanted the product, which he got, but can’t sit for 5 minutes to watch the video!! Can you believe it? Never in the 6 years of creating CARestaurantShowCase.com have I ever dealt with people like this!
          I will be completely revamping my billing and never give a package deal ever again.

          Wish me luck and say a prayer that his wife will be there, apologize for bumping me off for the last few days and realize that the marketing I did for their restaurant was to help them. Video production takes major time and patience and I can use a major vacation..especially after this year.

       11. I taught a guy named Bobby how to make apple pie filling from scratch down the baking isle at Target. He asked me, and I always seem to have the answers when people ask.
