«The philosophy of the rich versus the poor is this: The rich invest their money and spends what is left; the poor spends their money and invest what is left.»
— Jim Rohn
Charisma quotes are sponsored by DonCharisma.com – you dream it we built it … because – “anything is possible with Charisma”
The mindset is important here, I feel rich in many ways, but my wallet doesn’t agree 🙂
I know that feeling Irene … and yes it’s about what we feel, rather than what we have 🙂
that’s one way of looking at it….
I’m sure there’s plenty of ways of looking at it … depends subjectively on one’s own opinion and life experiences
Oh FFS…who is this classist? In America at least there’s a LOT more to it than that. On a global scale as well, let’s be blunt.
Well not being rich myself, then that’d be Jim Rohn in your opinion … If you want to suggest the title of an opinion post, then I’ll consider it for “Don Charisma’s Opinion” …
Oh I meant the author of the quote was being classist, not you…sorry if I didn’t make that worded clearly. Are you asking me to think of a title about not blaming poor people for their circumstances? Or maybe “The Great Depression, The Dot.Com Fizzle, The Current Economic Crash and Other Times Investing Didn’t Pan Out” or are those too strictly American?
Alls well Jenny …
I didn’t personally read what Jim wrote as being classist, more it’s what I understood about how people invest their money … Robert Kiyosaki said a similar thing, which is why this quote made sense to me …
“Take from the poor to give to the rich” – how’s that for a title ?
That’s quite a title! 🙂
Posted … I probably ought to get you to suggest topics for all my opinion posts Jenny 🙂
So very true. The difference between a poor person and a rich person is not the money…it’s the mindset.
Agreed 🙂
True and I can agree of being poor.
Same 🙂
🙂
Unfortunately this is so true
🙂
