Big Buddha II Panorama

I made a visit to a big Buddha that’s carved into a hillside. Apparently the story goes it/(he ?) was carved by the Thai navy with a laser. Cool stuff !

This is 35 landscape photos merged together, approx 8w x 4h. Usually I’d have cropped the panorama, and used the clone tool to make a little more sky or grass to get maximum angle of view. But as an experiement, I thought I’d just show the whole thing. Why ? because you get a much much wider field of view this way. Also you get to see what I work with, and how the raw panorama comes out.
