Netherlands Flag Added To My Sidebar

I’m proud of my own flag – I assume others are too.

I’ve added the Netherlands/Holland flag to my sidebar, as many Dutch people visit my blog (almost 20000 views), and occasionally I get comments in Dutch (Thanks Google translate).

    1. 🙂 mostly I use Google translate, know a little of other languages of countries I’ve visited, it’s respectful of other peoples and cultures.

I had good and bad experiences, but have a couple of Dutch friends now.

      1. Very nice. Learning language, even in micro doses, does wonders for the brain and outlook. And totally, smart to at least be able to superficially engage with people you visit on their terms. I know my first preference is to be addressed in English, but I could engage in German and nod along in Danish.
