These (I’m assuming replica) Vintage PINK and BLUE Vespas caught my eye in a local Italian restaurant. Vespa’s are I believe ‘THE’ Italian moped, for those who haven’t seen them before 🙂

simply beatiful and really timeless, just like some little italian villages
Yup, I think you’re probably right on that …
Had (Tustin, CA) friends who were still into the MOD thing back in the day. They had a fleet of those things. They would do weekend rally’s and ride those things all over the OC (SoCal). To me Vespa’s were mopeds on steroids compared to what I had rode before.
Good memories… Thanks Don 🙂
You’re welcome 🙂
When were those popularized? The 80s?
The Mods were into them in the 60’s and Vespas go in and out of fashion … so may be other periods … For Italians maybe they don’t go out of fashion …
Ohh i see my moped history is lacking haha
Mine too …
Nostalgic to see those Vespas Don. My late father had both a blue and a red, not pink, when he were young.
Yes they are pretty, nostalgia with Vespas comes and goes I think as they seem to go into and out of fashion !
I want one….;)
🙂
