Most tourists wouldn’t bother looking here, so this is something special. Round the side of the top of the big Buddha hill there’s a ‘mezzanine’ area.
There’s a small shrine here on a concrete wall, a bit random. I think it’s a Thai shrine, but please do tell me if I’m wrong. There’s even a headless Buddha, I don’t know what that symbolises, maybe nothing.
It always surprises me that these Buddha statues just left in random places in Thailand and no one steals them – but I guess people just don’t do it.
