HI Don, Can you explain a little more? What’s a border runner? Waiting for passports to come back from where?
As “aliens” in Thailand visiting as tourists it becomes necessary to leave the kingdom of Thailand in order to return, cheapest way is by land border … then Cambodia issues a visa, then we return to the kingdom of Thailand … it’s basically red-tape, that some cynics might say is purely money motivated … millions of tourists do this every year …
