I actually wanted to photograph the massive bore pipe that I imagine is either a storm drain or sewerage, I suspect storm drain as it doesn’t smell like poo nearby.
The guy is another innocent bystander of Don Charisma’s iPhone photography exploits, ie he didn’t get the message I wanted to take a photo of the big pipe. I think he makes a cool addition anyway !

He does like like the Thinker! I am pretty sure that has to be a pipe for runoff water – the amount of sewage that could come out of it would make that beach unapproachable!
My guess is he’s BS-ing someone. 😉
