      1. Honestly Don, as ironic as it feels – that actually drives the point home, and that’s what genuinely tends to help one get over all those blues over time 🙂 If I may admit, it’s what I’ve been trying to do these past few days too – else back then, I would stop whatever I would be doing the moment paranoia hit me and try to convince myself that all was well and to let it go. Now I just tell myself that the feelings are bound to stay for they’re too overwhelming now, and so what I can do is to simply relax, take a deep breath and carry on with whatever I wish to do as best as I can. I’m trying to get used to this, and I hope I do so soon. Cheers ❤

      2. Paranoia isn’t always a bad thing, being wary of things that will harm us is pretty logical and normal … I think it’s when it get’s blown out of proportion that it becomes a challenge … Personally I find the inner workings often counter-intuitive, so if something’s not working I generally experiment with the opposite internally … oh, and I don’t let anyone else tell me how to be, I’m responsible for my own happiness, not for others to tell me how or what that looks and feels like …

Hope things will pass for you soon, and happier times ahead …
