This was taken at my local shopping centre/mall, there’s an oval shaped opening which extends from ground floor all the way up to the roof. This display hangs in the space and is just a breathtaking array of colour.

Great pic Don. I lived in China (Beijing & Hong Kong) for 3-years and the displays of colour and interpretations of gwailo holidays were colorful and interesting. I will never forget the Christmas rabbits because it was the Year of the Rabbit which I thought quite clever. Don’t know what they do for the Year of the Rat etc.
The Asians are colourful compared with some of the drabbery we see in Europe and US … and, erm, Christmas Rat ?
I wouldn`t be at all surprised 😉
Actually … actually … I saw a huge rat at the floating market near a buddha statue … it’s due for posting sometime soon … not exactly a christmas rat … but …
I’ll be waiting for that one 😉
OK …
Wonderful! It’s like a color explosion that is still and restful, yet busy.
P.S. Thanks for following my blog don 🙂
Thanks … and you’re very welcome, lovely to see you again 😀
Beautiful, Don! They remind me of colorful hot air balloons suspended in the sky. So pretty!
Yes, very much, really caught my eye when I was shopping …
Magical!
😀
How lovely! 🙂
Isn’t it just 😀
