I did some research on this one, Bird of paradise is slightly different …
My mum first introduced me to this flower. They are from the same family as the “birds of paradise” flower. Beautiful and thanks for sharing.

The house here is surrounded by them in all sorts of varieties…wide spaced, narrow spaced, pointing upwards, point downwards…and full of birds when they set seeds.
