I also think this is an oleander tree (bush, maybe?) I love the look and fragrance of oleander but they are deadly. People usually have the common sense not to eat them but animals are easy to fool, poor beasts, and may die from the poison.

I think it is an oleander but can’t be 100% sure without seeing the trunk properly. The trees behind have trunks like a frangipani though.
Not sure, perhaps I’ll get a daytime shot, then you’d be able to match it better with your botany book 😛
