To get the photo of the face of the Dragon I had to stick my iPhone through a hedge. I can’t figure out if he’s escaping or he’s found something in the hedge to attack, who knows ?
Plus we think it’s a Crane in the second photo (not a swan as advertised earlier). Perhaps Dragons are afraid of Cranes ?
Or perhaps he’s there to entice or scare passers by on the road behind the hedge, and the hedge needs a trim ?

I think he’s mean’t to catch the attention of passers by to attract them into the Chinese gardens, but hedge overgrown … sometimes I’m brave, LOL
