The Big Buddha has minor Buddhas, one for each day of the week. For YOU, your minor Buddha would be the same as the day of the week you were born on. Born on Monday, your minor Buddha would be the Monday one. Also some of the minor Buddhas don’t have weekdays !
I only found out about this after I’d returned from taking the photos, and I know all the days apart from Thursday. So sorry Thursday people.
In Thai the weekday Buddhas are called “Pra Bah-jam-wan-gert”, or at least that’s my best phonetic representation.

Not sure what day of the week I was born on, but I do know mom went into labor on Christmas day and I was born at 2 a.m. the day after. Guess that would be Boxing Day? Or is it St. Stephens Day? I finally got access to my blog site back. So happy I want to dance, but would probably end up on my butt if I tried.
Love the photos bro. Glad you got to go and take them. Have a really good day luv.
Hey Angie, I just spotted your new avatar, looks awesome !
Boxing day I think comes after xmas day, perhaps that explains your fiesty fighting spirit ?
Put your DOB into this website will tell you your DOB – http://calendarhome.com/day-of-week.html … mine I found out 5 mins ago is Tuesday …

Thanks for sharing. Very interesting information. I’ll have to find out what day of the week I was born on. 🙂
I thought I’d need to ask a relative about mine as I don’t know either … but as with all things tech there is a solution – put your DOB in here – http://calendarhome.com/day-of-week.html … Mine is in fact a Tuesday (only just found out !)
