4. This is so true. I use to tell someone very close to me, to stop devoting so much time thinking about someone they do not wish to think about. Such a waste of energy…. Great post!

5. I couldn’t agree more. All the energy wasted on ‘hating’ your enemy, while that person goes on with their life, is just ridiculous. I personally had to stop wasting time and energy hating my enemy when I realized I was missing my own blessings.
