      7. Though, if I found someone with a character I feel is totally trustworthy with similar interests who drove, that would be awesome. Then my rent would be about $250. 🙂

      8. So it’s one of those paradoxes in life, live with others cheaper rent, live on your own and have more freedom … I guess keep looking for the right renter and in the meantime enjoy the space !

      12. I havent seen the inside of it yet, and I have to make sure I can get my upright grand piano up the stairs. Most stair cases are situated so you can do it. I will find out the exact address tomorrow.
        I am hoping I love it & it works out. It is a great value. Her in LV one bedrooms and studios are hard to come by. Most are paying $500 and $600 for a studio, so $450 for 700 square feet and 2 bedrooms is awesome. Samuel Alfaro, my friend owns it, so I cannot imagine it being in bad shape.
        Time will tell. I am praying it has a happy ending so I can get established here and begin to earn money teaching and have my sanctuary to write etc, cook, entertain and enjoy life.

      14. It was not what I hoped. The guy couldnt tell me the address after asking 3 times. There isn’t a fourth. He owns the apt complex and doesnt know the address? Flake.

      26. I purposely did it as a test to see what my friends were made of, but it was not a stunt, of course. I found more people make comments over a new recipe I put up than if my life was threatened! Pretty pathetic.

I wouldn’t read too much into it Paulette, facebook contrary to popular belief isn’t a great place to be interacting with real friends … often it seems more like a popularity contest … generally I prefer I more private medium such as email, for chatting to friends … which is why I suggested you email me 😀
