  6. Thanks for the follow on my blog. Happy to return the follow. You have some good tips that when I take the time could help me promote my blog a little better. I actually have another blog that I’m more interested in promoting. The one you followed is primarily for therapy as I deal with my Mom’s Alzheimer’s. Life is definitely an adventure. Sounds like you’ve had several.

    1. MY pleasure and thank you for following me. Yes I do enjoy doing my blog, wordpress.com has a real sense of community and haven’t had much bother from Trolls that I’ve seen elsewhere, so a soft landing. When I start to feel like it’s too much like work I take a Charisma break:)

      How are things in Cyprus right now, I followed the theft of funds quite careful as I was in the Gold market at the time. Utterly disgraceful how that whole thing was handled, especially the stealing of bank deposits. Personally I don’t have a great deal of savings so not a major worry, but the implications extrapolated to other forms of savings and anything held at a bank that government could steal do make me very worried indeed.

    I also like “Making money is easy – keeping it is the hard part.” the second part is absolutely true. The first part depends on the definition of “decent living” above. Making money way be easy, but making enough money now that is a different story.

      I guess that depends on what your definition of “enough money” is. For me I’ve cut right back on all of my expenses, it’s amazing how much less I can live on than I thought. I get the odd cry of tight or mean or cheap charly, but for me it’s about staying solvent for the long haul, and I couldn’t care what others think. My last Amazon shopping basket was £2000, by the time I got my credit card out it was £100, I actually didn’t need any of the other stuff. Happy enough, don’t need 24/7 luxury when I’m happy:)
