    It’s always appreciative to know that someone is intrigued by your words enough to want more, so thanks. Thailand always seems to pull an eclectic crowd, as I’ve noted over the years with the popularity and the interesting questions posted on expat forums. I’ve been on the road myself ever since I was 13, so I am quite comfortable with the familiarity of difference, eclecticism, and the fascinating yet unsurprising nature of human life. I don’t know what interests you in my blog, but China is indeed an curious subject for many. It’s an experience in of itself to watch the teeming mass of humanity move about, like a vapour filling all available space.

I’m sorry it has taken so long to say a big thank you for deciding to follow my blog, but I seem to have been travelling for days on end – Beijing to San Francisco (where I stopped off for 10 days) then San Fran to London, and then driving up from London to Scotland for Christmas and Hogmanay (New Year) which is where I am now. I| have dipped into your blog and it is fascinating, I look forward to delving a little deeper over time!
