I see these flowers quite a lot recently growing on quite big trees … as for botanical name, I think the latin is “Flores Bellus”

I’m no botanical expert but to me these resemble horse chestnut flowers and leaves. No matter what they’re called, they’re quite beautiful.
PLenty of horse chestnuts where I come from, and yes flowers look very similar 🙂
