We had a bit of a different twist on this in my Navy Nuclear Power days… “Show me someone not making mistakes, I’ll show you someone not trying.” It was a rule invoked in discipline cases as well as goading someone along who’d become lazy. Thanks for posting. You stirred some memories.

      1. true – but I inferred that seeing as you wouldn’t know they hadn’t made a mistake unless they told you…..:) anyhow all irrelevant – it’s a good point he is making

      2. Possible you might know they made a mistake, mistakes don’t have to be self-admitted … and yes good point he made.
