Yes I agree, to a certain degree, that we are responsible for our own happiness. However, there are outside influences over which we have no control. And yes, I know that we should pay attention to how we handle those difficult circumstances to cause the least harm to ourselves, but sometimes it can be hard, very hard, to stay optimistic.
I totally agree. It can by hard to master our minds. It can be the most difficult thing ever.
