Planning is the path to success, and an old Chinese saying says that to walk a path that is a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.
Good for you, Idiotwriter, for taking the first step. Happy 2015 everyone, and thanks OM for this great, fun and educational blog.
Thanks Alan 😀

As in my words.
Trying many times a thing.
Will lastly let you get it.
If you won’t try.
You’ll lose it. 🙂
TY 😀

And failing to plan a plan B is definitely planning to fail.
😀
Nice quote. Btw, thank you for following me 🙂
You’re welcome … and thanks 😀
This was an oldie but goodies.. (Y)
😀
Certainly. But sometimes really great surprising things come out of improvising too.
LOL … technically the quote author didn’t say to the contrary Jenny 😀

Gracias, Don Charisma.
Thanks Elizabeth 😀
Such a good one!!! What an important life leading quote
😀
So, failing to plan your death means you are planning to fail your death, therefore making you INVINCIBLE! ;P
Only you CaptainSparklez could be that lateral in your thinking … love it dude !
😀
This is sheer optimism!
It’s just troll science.
Wow, I have never heard of it.
Where one can learn this? : )
I don’t know. It’s funny logic. Like, say, a cat always lands on it
s feet, and toast lands butter side up. Well, attatch buttered toast to the cat’s back, and you have a infinitely spinning cat!
Are you a magician? : )))
Am I? :))
Happy 2015! Thank you for being you, and for your inspiring, fun and interesting posts!
Best wishes
Inese
Ah, shucks I’m blushing ! … happy new year too, hope it’s an awesome one 😀
..oddly – exactly what I have been doing this evening with my pen and paper… – cool 😀 AND just did a quick (tiny) post about my efforts! YAY for me! (for once I did a linear thing!)
Some planning things clicking inside the old idiot brain here. You know planning is an incredibly linear activity. I am seldom great at linear activities… but – I am CERTAIN if we practice the stuff we are not good at.. we somehow figure it out and learn. Planning inside the head is all good – getting it down on a paper is … even better!(I think it is to do with getting older too – I keep forgetting stuff man!) Getting it DONE now that’s a story… actually that is not so hard now that it is all planned out.
Have a good week Don –
Thanks Belinda, and you too … I often plan in my head non-linearly and then if I write it down it may be linear 😀
