Sunsets vary from day to day, each one is different. The whole process only last around 35 minutes from around 5.25pm-6pm. Today’s one was particularly spectacular.
With the panoramas I do, I like to try and capture the awe and majesty of the scene.
Literally as soon as the sun goes down there are a million mosquitoes trying to eat me alive, so have to take any pictures quickly then move on.
I took 35 photos for this one, stitched together with PTGui, 4 portrait shots high (layers varied in width).

What a beautiful scene. Stunning pic!
Thankyou:)
The sky is so beautiful. Thanks for sharing Don. (I’m so far behind in my commenting again. It’s a never ending battle to be sure) 😉
Thanks Suz, you know you’re top commenter on my blog 😉
I made friends with the burn tool and dodge tool today which should make my skyline panos a touch smoother. Problem is that iphone auto sets exposure, so colours don’t always look quite exactly right when stitched together. There’s more to come from this batch I took 300 photos today !
I’m only top commenter because we have conversations that go really off topic. 😉
300 photos? Really? Man, that’s a lot. lol
LOL, well I’m pleased that you are, and yes sometimes we go off topic, but I don’t care it’s my blog, I’ll do what I want on it !
Well I was taking up to 35 at a time for one panoarama, and it was a stunning sky … my iphone eventually said it was full, lucky I’d remembered to take the photos off 🙂

Wow!

What an extraordinary sight! Thanks for sharing your Thai adventure.
You are welcome, it was very beautiful this evening 🙂
