Nietzsche – “Without music, life would be a mistake.”

I have found music, blog-wise, quite polarizing, because people like what they like. Which is fine.

Plus I’m an absolute novice in creating music !

Anyway – I like this quote, so sharing for you.

‘What trifles constitute happiness! The sound of a bagpipe. Without music life would be a mistake. The German imagines even God as a songster.’

OR Sometimes expressed simply as:

‘Without music, life would be a mistake.’

– F. Nietzsche (Twilight of the Idols, or, How to Philosophize with a Hammer)

I’m not widely read on Nietzsche, so don’t know if these quotes are correct (exactly), please feel free to correct me in the comments if you’re better read than I.

Cheers
