Trump Chinese Virus

Warning – creative writing ahead …

Just an experiment – when I put the word “Trump” in the title I get more comments, add “Chinese Virus”, and well, let’s see what happens.

So prove me wrong by not commenting on this post … and if you must, try and make me laugh … best submissions may be reposted on the front page.

As a consolation prize, and something that might stimulate your creative muscles – here’s a cat photo from 2014. The cat is sunning himself/herself/itself on a car roof.

Hope you are safe, and stays that way.

Disclaimer – I AM JUST PASSING THIS ON (as fakestream media continues to lie, omit, cover up and spin an extreme minority narrative) – When opinions are stated anywhere on this blog they are just opinions, not facts, truths or endorsements. I am not a journalist or an activist and TBH most of the time not a “serious” writer either, more I enjoy creative writing (blogging is supposed to be fun?). I’m a centrist, I read and view content from both sides of the aisle (as long as it’s not blatant propaganda, or utter trash) – so I’m sharing this for your information, something you may not be aware of and may be interested in (or not, in which case, just go to the next post). As with any news, article, post, writing or report, don’t just take it at face value, do your own research, use your own critical thinking. Kind of obvious really, but best stated, so that it’s clear.

      1. I know. But they started *rolling* out brands that didn’t even exist in my area about a week in. I go to the Wally World and it’s like Shaun of the Dead in there. All the usual suspects are gone, replaced with strange generic brands…

        Like Compo Soft.

Never heard of it. So I bought 90 of em. Built myself a bug out castle entirely from TP to flex on everyone panicking on Facebook.

  1. I don’t make comments on political articles, because I hate politics. In this situation, even Trump’s political “enemies” like Omar have commended the President for his leadership during this crisis. As far as calling it a Chinese virus – it DID come from China, as so many viruses have in the past, so the name fits.

    1. Hmmm, I was for most of my life same as you. But recent developments like Brexit, forced my hand into studying it. I wouldn’t say I “like” politics, though – it’s more necessity. And kinda glad I did look into it.

I think the subtle point I was making is that, is that with current Coronavirus situation as it is, identity politics has no place. And, those aiming to use the situation for political gain are deplorable.

I think Trump is doing his best in a situation which we didn’t know would get this bad, and obviously now, will get worse, probably a lot worse.

      1. True. Before I vote, I check into the definite slate of each candidate or law suggested, then I make up my own mind. I don’t even listen to the media’s ideas on subjects.
Brexit is something I have not had to deal with, I wish you luck.

      2. That’s sensible, check everything for yourself, “does it pass the smell test”. The mainstream media these days I find bias and propagandist, in the most part. So, I mostly don’t listen to them.

Brexit was “the straw that broke the camel’s back” for me. Hopefully UK has done the right thing, and we will regain our sovereignty, and control of our borders, and fingers crossed prosperity ahead. Only time will tell. And COVID-19 is kinda more important right now.

  2. To be honest, I steer clear of articles with Trump or Chinese Virus in the title. What caught my eye was the creative writing text under it. I have a conspiracy theory that the World’s leaders are behind the virus. The aim, to kill as many of the older generation as possible so that pensions don’t need to be paid. A contemporary take on Logan’s Run.
