The most glorious moments in your life are not the so- called days of success, but rather those days when out of dejection and despair you feel rise in you a challenge to life, and the promise of future accomplishments.

  1. And to take that statement a bit further, I’ve come to realize that my advocacy is a direct result of those feelings within me that have arisen out of the darkest times in my life when I’ve felt left behind, forgotten and chastised. The people I represent, the wrongfully convicted, have all experienced these same feelings albeit in a much more public way. Even so, I am still able to fully relate to as well as empathize with what they’ve gone through and in reaching out to some of them a sense of healing has taken place for all involved. The lesson here is that if we all take what we know, especially the tragedies and work hard to rise above the fallout by using them to empower us to advocate for others, we would all be better off. It has done wonders for me. A lot of sayings I read now I can honestly say, been there…done that…I makes for a terrific nights sleep! Thanks my friend.
