Yes this is what the IRS tax man says when people what to write use home offices as a deductions in their yearly taxes! If you are not making a certain amount of money it is a hobby! I have had a lot of hobbies! ^_^
This is the same IRS man who likes to have his cake and eat it we’re talking about ? … we have a similar one in the UK he’s called HMRC, he would probably argue the same … in fact he almost always does, and seems to write rules that purely favour him, rigged game I think they call it, house-wins or house-wins … not very fair or business like of him though is it ?

What does HMRC stand for? Her Majesty’s Royal ???? IRS is Internal Revenue Service or Tax Man!
HMRC is Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs I think … they merged the tax man with the customs man quite a few years back …
