This is the same IRS man who likes to have his cake and eat it we’re talking about ? … we have a similar one in the UK he’s called HMRC, he would probably argue the same … in fact he almost always does, and seems to write rules that purely favour him, rigged game I think they call it, house-wins or house-wins … not very fair or business like of him though is it ?

      1. HMRC is Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs I think … they merged the tax man with the customs man quite a few years back …

        Perhaps, “needs” might be a little bit on the strong side, “is” I’d go for, but then I’m pedantic sometimes as you know …
