“Spell Casters – Do They Really Work ?” – Don Charisma’s Opinion

Probably this is just spam, but I like to keep an open mind … well just a little, I’ve likely made my mind up on the comment I received this morning :

I never believed in spell casters until my life fell apart when my lover of 6 years decided to call it quit. I was so devastated that i had an accident that left me bedridden. After 9 months of emotional pain and languish, a friend of mine introduced me to a certain spell caster, this was after I have been scammed by various fake spell caster. I was introduced to [name redacted]( A Spell Caster). In less than 72 hrs i saw wonders, my Lover came back to me and my life got back just like a completed puzzle… am so happy.. [name redacted] I have all kinds of spells from pregnancy to love,from employment to visa lottery winning. He has spell to stop divorce,spell to make someone look attractive and others. here’s his contact for serious minded people only, it might be of help….[email and name redacted]…thanks am so grateful as you saved my life.

Now I assume that the said “spell” will cost money, not “cast” for free ?

I also assume that this probably fake testimonial is from the “spell caster” him/herself, trying to drum up “business” ? Or do spell casters take on affiliate marketers ?

So only question I have left is – do they work and how much does it cost ? *ROLLING AROUND ON THE FLOOR LAUGHING TILL MY SIDES HURT*

(Obviously apologies if I was the last to know and magic and spells are real … who knew !)

I don’t think of myself as a “spell caster” though I work with Magickal energies in my spiritual path…I’d just like to point out that AFAIK in the Western Hermetic based paths doing a spell to “make a lover come back” or make a specific person fall in love with you are considered manipulative and likely to have negative consequences. Many also feel it unethical to charge money for this sort of thing ( excepting maybe the cost of any materials that may be needed, depending on the type of spellworking).

    But with all that out of the way, yes, it’s a very funny spam!

    1. Thanks Jenny, and I understand there are powers at work that not everyone’s aware of.

      This however seems to me very much a scammer trying to exploit the vulerable, suggestible and needy, which is pretty low in my book … I also found it amusing how the proposer switches from giving a testimonial to offering the spells without taking a pause for breath !

      1. Nah pass. I’m not spending money on something that looks like pure charlatanism. I do confess to having been to one or two psychics in the past. You can tell the genuine ones.

  5. This might be a stupid question but I was just wandering , can spell casters make spells similar to the ones used in Harry potter? That question might offend people if I have I’m sorry….and is there actual people who can use spells , that work?btw I love this blog!

  8. I put this under the same category as psychics. If someone were truly psychic then they’d make themselves billionaires straight off. Yeah, I’ve heard that they don’t do that because they won’t use it for personal gain…they why are they charging the poor chump on the street for his/her reading? Wouldn’t it be better to use it once to become a billionaire, then help people pro bono? Or, as in the bible, a false psychic (prophet) was out to death for delivering a false message from God…one strike and you’re out.

  9. I don’t believe in speel casters. I only believe in attraction law. I see with myself that life gives you whatever you give. If you give love you receive love, if you give hate you receive hate, etc… But who knows, may be exist people who can help you to improve your life.

  12. Spells are dependent on the ‘intent’ behind them. It does you no good, to wish ill on another, because it will reverberate pretty quickly.

  15. Seriously…bummer…here I thought I was getting into a niche market?? Was just waiting for the right time to reveal my amazing flare for handling a wand. (the fairies taught me the right way to go) I HAVE been mistaken for a man before – many times actually- I think it was while I was still practicing my magic on myself. THOSE dang transformation spells can go a bit weird. Thing is – I am SO good now I can transform myself into ANYTHING I want to be.
    I digress though – I am sure I will make it better than this guy..so not really worried about the competition. STAYING POSITIVE! 😀

  18. Every day, I have junk emails from people offering magic, for a price. There must be gullible people who fall for this scam. In my experience, the few genuinely magic people I have met live very humbly and charge nothing. They don’t do email and they don’t want celebrity. If someone seems too good to be true, you’re dealing with a charlatan.
