Heather, our technical writer intern has kindly sent me over an update.

I feel it’s important to keep readers updated on how it’s going, and so Heather can share what experiences she’s had in our intern program.

Heather’s words :

“I hope most of you have had the chance to read the article that Don recently posted to the blog. ‘What Is Web Design?’ is the first in a series of pieces that we’re working on and it was a fantastic feeling to see the first article up and running on the site.

A lot of time, effort and hard work went into bringing the article together and it will hopefully serve as a foundation for subsequent articles as the series progresses when we look at certain elements in more detail.

I’ve been overwhelmed by the positive response to the first article and I’m beyond delighted that fellow bloggers have been finding it both informative and appealing. Putting articles together and readying them for publishing on the site is a collaborative effort and so any plaudits and praise must also be extended to Don and Danny. While my name is listed as author of the article, both guys have had a lot of technical and creative input into the finished piece that you see on Don’s blog.

I’d just like to take the opportunity to thank everyone once more for their support, enthusiasm and encouragement when it comes to this project, your support is very much appreciated and I hope that we can continue to impress you with the upcoming articles we have planned.

We’ve got lots more in store for you…..“
