It’s a shop that sells handmade Gourds – taken at the Silverlake vineyard …
My understanding is a gourd is a vegetable like a cucumber/courgette/pumpkin that has a hard outer shell, and can be used as a vessel in which to store liquids …
Enjoy 🙂

I love this picture – stalls like this fascinate me – most times we just flash past in our cars but if you stop and browse you begin to appreciate all the work that went into these wonderful creations and yet usually so incredibly cheap.
Thanks for reblog hun 🙂
My pleasure have a good weekend.

Oh. They are very cool. I like them.
Cool stuff eh !
Yes. Although I don’t know what I would ever do with one. I just need a really large house that I can fill with eclectic treasures and have a housekeeper come in each week to dust them lol
You and me both hun … still when you’re making millions as a life coach you can buy me a big house and a housekeeper, I know you don’t forget your friends 🙂
As long as you don’t forget yours as you climb the ladder as well 😉
No, I don’t forgot my friends Suz, didn’t you know that by now ?

Ah, and I was correct it’s a vine plant ?
I haven’t seen it from vine, but at some big trees. The fruit are beautiful 😉

Wonderful vessels, originally used for drinking water from the well or the stream over here. They are still grown in my area and beautifully decorated, sold in tourist shops.
